Returns Policy

Adelaide Pilot Shop does not accept returns due to change of mind. If items are faulty due to manufacturing processing (these items can include; bags, headsets, ipad kneeboards, books, and clothing) it will be sent back to the maufacturer for assessment, once it has been assessed the customer will be informed on the process moving forward. No replacement product will be given in the interum.

Clothing can be exchanged due to wrong sizing. This means a smaller or larger size will replace the returned item, not a store credit or refund. The item must come back with all tags and original packaging still attached and no visable wear and tear within two weeks of the purchase date. Any marks found on items will be refused return as this item is no longer sellable.

On return of a product the customer must have the reciept. Our reciepts are sent by email so an electronic copy is acceptable, if you cannot show staff the reciept upon return, the return will not be accepted or exachanged.

Return shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable for exchange of clothing sizes.

Return shipping rates for manufacturing faults will be organised by Adelaide Pilot Shop.
